LIFT your Leadership Game

Mentora LIFT is Mentora’s platform for leadership-in-flow technology for accelerating the development of exemplary leaders. LIFT is based on 15 years of research and teaching at Columbia Business School by Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa, for which he has won the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence.

LIFT delivers measurable, accelerated boosts in leadership performance. It has been profiled in this article in Harvard Business Review, and is featured in a 3-part series in Fast Company on SAP’s success in improving manager performance by 2X. It is also the focus of an upcoming article in the Financial Time’s May 2023 Executive Education Report.

LIFT has helped grow 10,000+ executives at leading corporations

How LIFT will Accelerate your Growth

LIFT will drive three pivotal shifts in helping you ascend to exemplary leadership:

  1. Traits to States: Instead of trying to become someone new by mastering a new trait, focus on activating the high-performance state in yourself and others — the Inner Core.

  2. Complex Behaviors to Simple Actions: Instead of acquiring a long list of uncomfortable behaviors you have to practice, learn to use quick and intuitive actions that activate the 5 Core Energies in yourself and others in all situations.

  3. Learning to Performing: From learning on the sidelines, focus immediately on performing in the flow of work by preparing your intentions and actions 10 minutes before high-stakes events.

PARTICIPANT VOICES

“A great and unconventional leadership program which not only enhances measurable outcomes but also equips an individual with inside-outside tools to train the brain such that effective leadership becomes an instinctive habit.”

Meet Your Faculty

Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa

Founder and President, Mentora Institute
Adjunct Professor, Columbia Business School

Hitendra’s mission is to discover, codify, and teach the laws of success in life and leadership which form the foundation of our work at Mentora. With an MBA and Ph.D. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a lifelong study of the world’s mystic traditions, Wadhwa brings a mathematician’s rigor and a truth-seeker’s spirit to some of today’s most vexing questions about authenticity, success, leadership, and human potential. He has codified these principles in his book, “Inner Mastery, Outer Impact: How Your Five Core Energies Hold the Key to Success”, published by Hachette Book Group in 2022.

As Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School and Founder of the Mentora Institute, he has coached dozens of Fortune 100 C-suite executives and taught more than ten thousand MBAs, executives, doctors, lawyers, social activists, and educators. His class on Personal Leadership & Success at Columbia has for many years been the most popular leadership elective, earning him the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence and the Executive-MBA Commitment to Excellence Award.

“Professor Wadhwa is not only a phenomenal educator and storyteller, but he is also a great human being. His delivery was absolutely great. From his responsiveness to our questions and follow-ups to the content in his book and putting together an outstanding group of speakers, everything contributed to my personal growth and introspection, making me want to become the best self I can be.”
“This program has been transformational and transcendental. I went in with an understanding of the concept, but Professor Wadhwa created space to practice and dive deeper into the soul, mind, and body to explore our being and us as people and leaders. Remarkable.”
“Professor Wadhwa is an absolute light in this world. His wisdom and perspective can open your eyes, heart, and mind and shift your perspective. Within the span of a few days, I experienced a transformation unlike anything I have ever experienced before — and I know that this never would have happened had the class not been led by the wonderful Hitendra.”

“He guided us to choose our values, and we now have cards that we can carry in our wallets forever. We heard from former students, now running companies, about how they still carry their cards and refer to them. Professor Ingram puts science and data behind the importance of empathy, being an inclusive leader, and listening like a friend at all times. I will keep everything he taught me both in my brain and in my heart.”
