Inner Mastery Retreat - Mentora Institute

MENTORA EXECUTIVE RETREAT

Inner Mastery: Activating Your 5 Core Energies

Embark on a journey of personal transformation with Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa. First launched in Fall 2024, Inner Mastery will return in late 2025 – spring 2026.

Join us for three days of soul-nourishing self-discovery, connection, and intention-setting.

We invite you on a journey toward discovering your authentic self — your inner core — and learning to stay anchored in it through all of life’s moments by cultivating your 5 core energies:

  • Purpose: What is the purpose of my life, and how do I create the space to pursue it among life’s daily demands?
  • Wisdom: How do I regulate my emotions and thoughts so I can see the truth in all situations by cultivating a perfect mental lens?
  • Growth: What is my highest potential, and what daily practice will help me arrive there?
  • Love: What is unconditional love, and how do I open my heart and flow with this energy in everything I do?
  • Self-realization: Who am I, at my core, and how can I anchor myself more and more in this very center of my being?

You will also explore the mystic quest for transcendence — a deep-felt connection with the universe that manifests as inner guidance and reassurance to direct your life path in a fast-changing world.

Your True Self & the Human Journey

What to Expect

Be in nature and return to your own true nature.

  • The Inner Mastery Executive Retreat first launched in the fall of 2024. It offered a rare chance to commune in an intimate, informal setting with Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa and fellow participants.
  • We had a beautiful gathering of truth seekers join us in Santa Fe, NM.
  • The program will be offered again in a similar setting in late 2025 – spring 2026.

Retreat with diverse professionals engaging in collaborative discussions, outdoor reflections, and team-building activities

“The Mentora executive retreat gifted me memories to cherish, woven softly into the tapestry of nature. Among strangers who soon became lifelong friends, I felt the quiet strength of shared presence—genuine, attentive, and caring. Here, I realized I am not alone in the worries that stir within. Though the journey was brief, it ran deep, expanding my mind, brightening my soul, and revealing new horizons within and beyond.”

“My spirit and soul has been renewed! I am excited to keep this new perspective on life with me and evolve what I’m thinking defines a leader.”

Student, Executive MBA, Columbia Business School

“This program has been transformational and transcendental. I went in with an understanding of the concept, but Professor Wadhwa created space to practice and dive deeper into the soul, mind, and body to explore our being and us as people and leaders. Remarkable.”

Student, Executive MBA, Columbia Business School

“Professor Wadhwa is an absolute light in this world. His wisdom and perspective can open your eyes, heart, and mind and shift your perspective. Within the span of a few days, I experienced a transformation unlike anything I have ever experienced before — and I know that this never would have happened had the class not been led by the wonderful Hitendra.”

Student, Executive MBA, Columbia Business School

“Professor Wadhwa is not only a phenomenal educator and storyteller, but he is also a great human being. His delivery was absolutely great. From his responsiveness to our questions and follow-ups to the content in his book and putting together an outstanding group of speakers, everything contributed to my personal growth and introspection, making me want to become the best self I can be.”
