Background on the Transformative Leadership Academy
The Transformative Leadership Academy (TLA) is now accepting applications for our 2026 program, following a successful pilot in 2025. TLA is a scholarship-based* summer residential program taking place in late May 2026, which trains an exceptionally talented and committed group of college students to live and lead from their spiritual core and become exemplary changemakers in their careers and communities.
