LiFT – Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can enjoy LiFT on your own terms by easily canceling or downgrading your subscription at any time. Here’s what you can expect:
Cancellation:
- Full Access Until End of Billing Cycle: When you cancel, you will retain full access to LiFT until the end of your current billing cycle. This ensures you can continue using LiFT without any interruption until your paid period ends.
- No Charges After Cancellation: Once you cancel, there will be no further charges after your ongoing billing cycle. You can continue to use LiFT until the last day of your subscription, and be assured that it will not automatically renew the next month.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at liftsupport@mentora.institute.
Alternate Options:
- Consider Downgrading Your Subscription: If you currently do not need the subscription plan you are on, you can switch to another plan, including the Pay Per Goal plan. In this plan, you’re charged a small $25 fee to use LiFT to prepare for a single event. This allows you to get access to LiFT’s personalized and actionable coaching in crucial moments without paying for it on an ongoing basis. Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email after initiating cancellation or downgrading of your current plan. If you do not receive an email within 1 business day, please let us know.
