My name is Hitendra Wadhwa. I am the founder of the Mentora Institute and the Mentora Foundation. For the last 15 years, I have taught Columbia Business School’s most popular leadership elective, Personal Leadership & Success. I’ve coached dozens of Fortune 100 C-suite executives and taught 10,000+ MBA’s and executives.
