The Inner Game of Transformational Leadership
JUNE 28, 2024
About the Organizer: Founded in 1988, the National Center on Education and the Economy (NCEE) focuses on researching the world’s best-performing education systems to give states and districts the tools they need to become world class. The company is dedicated to establishing broadly shared prosperity in the USA, by supporting education leaders, practitioners, and other stakeholders to study, design, and build equitable, high-performing, and cost-effective education and workforce development systems. The Immersive AI Leadership session is part of NCEE’s 2024 Leaders Retreat, a three-day event of immersive learning, designed for leaders and their teams to become more fluent with learner-centered, future-ready systems.
What if high-performance and exemplary leadership are less about “fixing” people by having them develop new skills and neural pathways, and more about “sparking” them by guiding them on tapping underutilized skills and neural pathways that they already possess?
At NCEE’s session on Immersive AI Leadership, held on June 28, 2024, Hitendra Wadhwa shared insights on how professionals can approach these skills not as traits to be acquired but as states to be activated, and shift their focus from learning on the sidelines to leading in the flow of work. He also introduced participants to LiFT, Mentora’s GenAI-powered coaching tool, which offers precise, situation-specific guidance to boost performance.
